Principle
The mud cake inhibitor adsorbs on the surface of clay particles, forming an anti-adhesion protective layer, blocking the agglomeration of particles and reducing the self-made slurry. It optimizes the rheological properties of the slurry, reduces the viscous resistance, and improves the efficiency of the circulation slag discharge. It continuously acts on the cutting surface of the cutter head along with the mud circulation, forming a dynamic anti-mud cake barrier.
