Application
When TBM crossing risk sources in various unstable strata, it serves as a gap-filling material outside the TBM body.
Advantages
Simple operation: The filling operation can be completed by using a shield grease pump and an extended pipeline.
Instant remediation: When dangerous situations such as settlement, voids, and gushing occur during the excavation, the water- stopping, filling, and supporting characteristics of this material can be used for instant remediation, and there will be no overly expensive expenses.
Equipment compatibility: There is no need to purchase additional equipment. The injection of clay shock slurry can be completed by using the grease pump equipped with the TBM.
Excellent performance: The viscosity can reach 300 to 500 dPa·s, and the strength is not prone to change.
It also has good water-stopping properties and resistance to water scouring, and is suitable for water-rich strata. In addition, it has a high bearing capacity and its volume is not easily compressed.
