The coating solution is atomized using high-pressure air and uniformly sprayed onto the cutterhead panel at normal temperature, significantly reducing the probability of mud cake formation on the cutterhead.

It is applicable to all TBM projects and can continuously function under different stratum conditions such as cohesive soil strata, sandy soil strata, and mixed strata, adapting to complex and ever - changing geological environments.

Product Feature
1.Strong Anti-Adhesion Property: After adhering to the coating, clay does not bind firmly and easily falls off. Due to the low surface energy of the coating and its large contact angle, the bonding force between the clay and the coating is very weak. Additionally, the smooth surface of the coating makes it difficult for the clay to adhere firmly. Through the rotation of the cutterhead and the scouring of flowing water or slurry, the clay can easily be removed and discharged.
2.Low Friction Coefficient: The coating has stable and long-lasting working performance. Although there is some variation in the friction coefficient during sliding under load, it remains within the range of 0.05 to 0.15. The coating is particularly effective in preventing mudcake formation in high-occurrence areas near the cutterhead center, where the linear velocity is low. This, in turn, reduces the wear rate of the coating itself, ensuring its durability.
3.High Adhesion Strength with Metal After Curing at normal Temperature: After curing at room temperature, the coating exhibits a high bonding strength with the metal, with a coating thickness of 70-90 μm.
