High-efficiency stabilizer is a special admixture material for cement slurry, which is used to improve the pumpability of the slurry, reduce the shrinkage ratio, decrease the bleeding rate of the slurry, and can control the hydration reaction time of cement for more than 72 hours.

The Shield Tunneling Backfill Grouting Monitoring System
It is mainly composed of the WGPR wireless ground penetrating radar (GPR) host system, arc-shaped rotating bracket + sprocket-driven scanning system, tunnel-specific base and mobile phone/tablet transmission terminal.

The segment fixing pile consists of a steel structure cylinder that houses a bladder. The steel structure cylinder is screwed into the grouting hole drilled into the segment. By injecting double-liquid grout into the steel structure cylinder, the internal bladder is squeezed out into the gap between the segment and the surrounding rock.

Cutterhead Anti-Mud Cake Coating Technology
The anti-mud cake cutterhead coating is a highly crystalline polymer with a low friction coefficient, low molecular polarity, low surface energy, and strong anti-adhesion properties. The coating solution is atomized using high-pressure air and uniformly sprayed onto the cutterhead panel at normal temperature, significantly reducing the probability of mud cake formation on the cutterhead.
Application：
It is applicable to all TBM projects and can continuously function under different stratum conditions such as cohesive soil strata, sandy soil strata, and mixed strata, adapting to complex and ever - changing geological environments.

Mud cake Removal Snake Robot is a special robot designed for cleaning mud cakes inside equipment such as TBM. It is generally composed of Mechanical body,Drive system,Sensing system,Cleaning system,Control system and Auxiliary system.
Application：
The snake robot can be used for flushing and cleaning mudcakes from the TBM cutterhead. Additionally, this robotic arm can carry a camera to inspect the cutterhead's condition and has the integrated capability for non-destructive testing, welding, cutting, and other technologies, enabling multifunctional maintenance and repair of the TBM cutterhead.

Recently, the synchronous two-component grouting system manufactured by Fujian Zhongtian Traffic for the Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel successfully rolled off the production line. This equipment will serve the HT-A4 Section of CCCC Tunnel Engineering Bureau, supporting construction of the 9,326-meter-long tunnel with an excavation diameter of 16.57 meters, one of the largest TBM tunnels currently under construction.
