Fujian Zhongtian Traffic Engineering Technology Service Co., Ltd., founded in 2015 in the China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone, is an integrated engineering service provider specializing in construction consulting services, shield tunneling materials and specialized equipment supply, as well as research and development of tunnel construction technologies and methods. The company is committed to advancing shield tunneling risk-control technologies and related services.
In 2016, Zhongtian proposed China’s first “Zero-Settlement Integrated Solution for Shield Tunneling in Complex Geological Conditions.”
The clay shock method has provided technical support for more than 1100 shield tunneling projects involving settlement-risk sources across the country. Technologies such as rapid-setting effect conditioning for water-rich strata, zhongtian no. 1 forced stripping agent, cutterhead anti-mud cake coating process, mud cake removal snake robot, segment fixing piles, and automatic batching plant for two-component backfill grout have been widely adopted in the shield tunneling field.
In 2019, the company established a technology R&D center and began collaborating with universities to develop specialized materials and construction methods for tunnel engineering. This effort has resulted in the launch of the Zhongtian Series No. 1 through No. 6 products.
In 2019, Fujian Zhongtian Traffic officially became the exclusive national distributor of the spanish Zitrón ventilation fans. Nowadays, the company has supplied ventilation equipment for more than 200 large-scale tunnel projects across China.
In addition, Zhongtian is one of the domestic agents of Shanghai Nator, whose main bearing sealing grease is now used in over 1700 kilometers of shield tunnels nationwide.
