Fujian Zhongtian Traffic continues its strong momentum, entering a peak year of equipment delivery in 2025

Recently, the synchronous two-component grouting system manufactured by Fujian Zhongtian Traffic for the Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel successfully rolled off the production line. This equipment will serve the HT-A4 Section of CCCC Tunnel Engineering Bureau, supporting construction of the 9,326-meter-long tunnel with an excavation diameter of 16.57 meters, one of the largest TBM tunnels currently under construction.
For many years, Fujian Zhongtian Traffic has continued to drive technological innovation, earning increasing recognition and trust from clients for its two-component grouting systems. In 2024, the company successfully delivered equipment for the world’s largest-diameter TBM tunnel under construction (the Jinan Huanggang Road Tunnel by China Railway 14th Bureau) and for China’s largest-diameter EPB tunnel (the Shuan Tunnel on the Chengdu–Chongqing Central Line, constructed by China Railway 11th Bureau). Over the past three months alone, Fujian Zhongtian Traffic has delivered six complete sets of synchronous two-component grouting systems.
In Hubei, the first ventilation fan for the Yangtze-to-Han River Water Diversion Project has arrived on site. This 2 × 355 kW ZITRON fan from Spain will undertake the long-distance ventilation task for a 13.6 km TBM tunnel. Fujian Zhongtian Traffic has also continued deliveries in several key projects—including the Kangyu Railway, the Quli Railway, the Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project, and Beijing S6—earning recognition from owners and contractors alike.
ZITRON owns the world’s largest AMCA-certified civilian wind tunnel laboratory. Its powerful simulation and testing systems enable ZITRON to guarantee perfect alignment between fan design and manufacturing parameters, achieving over 99% accuracy between designed and actual operating conditions. This ensures optimal performance with minimal energy consumption. The wind tunnel laboratory provides comprehensive performance testing for customers, replicating any specified ventilation parameters—including airflow, pressure, efficiency, vibration, and temperature. Testing can cover not only initial underground conditions but also various potential operational scenarios.
