The 2022 International Summit on Key Technologies for Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) and Excavation, as well as Remanufacturing Technologies, was grandly held from August 19 to 21, 2022, at the Guanghua Hotel in Zhengzhou. The theme of this forum was “Digitalization and Intelligent Construction of Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs).”
At this grand event, Fujian Zhongtian Transportation presented its latest technological innovations to experts in the tunnel boring machine (TBM) field. The latest-generation clay-control technology, serpentine robot technology for removing mud cakes, anti-mud-cake cutterhead coating technology, large-diameter TBM simultaneous dual-fluid grouting technology, next-generation polymer-based spoil-conditioning materials, synchronous dual-fluid grouting stabilizer materials, and specialized lubricants for large-diameter TBMs were all showcased at this conference.
As an invited guest, Zhang Yantao, Executive Deputy General Manager of Fujian Zhongtian Transportation, delivered a presentation titled “Reflections on Synchronous Dual-Fluid Grouting for Large-Diameter Shield Tunnelling” during the conference.
